Click the GROUPS tab and the GROUPS page is presented.
The number of groups for your business is displayed at the top of the page. To help find a particular group they can be filtered. Start entering text for the group's name in the Filter groups text box and suggested groups are automatically displayed in the list below. Keep entering extra letters to narrow down the suggestions until you find the correct group in the list.
Select the group from the list and within the right-hand panel, click the Delete group button.
At the Delete group confirmation message, click the Continue button.
The group is now deleted from your business.
Any requests that have this group listed in the Assigned to field, MUST have this group removed from the Assigned to list in the Request details section within the REQUESTS page.
