Registering with NICE Investigate Community

One or more cameras that are on your business premises may contain vital evidence to help the requestor at the police agency ascertain what happened during an incident. If you are requested to provide media from one or more of these cameras, a requestor will raise a request for information. If you are not already registered with NICE Investigate Community, the requestor can raise a request using an email address for the business.

A unique link is sent in the email allowing you to self-register with NICE Investigate Community.

• If you have received this registration email, do the following:

1. Click the Register link in the email and the NICE Investigate Community registration page is displayed.
2. Enter the following information using the text boxes provided:

   Mandatory fields are indicated with a red *. You CANNOT complete your registration until all mandatory fields are populated.

   • Email address - read-only field provided for your information only.
   • First name
   • Last name
   • Password - enter a password ensuring you meet the password requirements. Click the Information button to display a tooltip which provides you with the password rules.
   • Confirm password - re-enter the password.
   • Phone number - international phone number formats are supported.
   • Company name
   • Company address

     The Company name and Company address fields are read-only if there is already an account for the company.

3. Read the terms and agreement by clicking on the provided link. Once read, check the Terms and Conditions box.
4. Once you have entered all the required information, click the Register button and a Registration complete page is displayed.
5. Click the Login button to enter your new login credentials for NICE Investigate Community.
