Filtering and Sorting controls are provided to assist you in finding the required request.
Filtering control
Before using the Filtering control, there are some useful tips to note:
Check the box associated with the filter option to add it to your filter selection.
For each filter option that has available results, the number available to filter against is displayed in parentheses after the option (e.g. In progress (8)). This value adjusts as you build your filter.
Each filter section can be maximized and minimized by clicking the button.
To reset the filter options back to default values, click the Reset all link.
The following filtering options are available to assist you in locating the required request:
Refine By - allows filtering by an entered term. The searched fields are:
Request/Response forms.
Request reference number.
Case Id - only for Partner requests.
Case Name - only for Partner requests.
Status - the following status filtering options are available:
In progress - as soon as any action has been performed for a request e.g. assigning the request to a user or user group, its status changes to In progress.
