Filtering and Sorting controls are provided to assist you in finding the required request.
Filtering control
Before using the Filtering control, there are some useful tips to note:
Check the box associated with the filter option to add it to your filter selection.
For each filter option that has available results, the number available to filter against is displayed in parentheses after the option (e.g. In progress (6)). This value adjusts as you build your filter.
Each filter section can be maximized and minimized by clicking the button.
To reset the filter options back to default values, click the Reset all link.
The following filtering options are available to assist you in locating the required request:
Status - the following status filtering options are available:
In progress - as soon as any action has been performed for a request e.g. assigning the request to a user or user group, its status changes to In progress.
Completed - requests that have been successfully submitted back to the requestor by clicking the Submit response button from within the Status and actions header (refer to Opening and actioning a request).
Rejected - requests that have been rejected by clicking the Rejectrequest button from within the Status and actions header (refer to Opening and actioning a request).
Failed - requests that have failed due to an unlikely system outage.
Priority - the priority types as set by the requestor when the request was made are available:
None
Medium
High
Assigned to - the user or user group that the request has been assigned to. To assign a request, refer to Opening and actioning a request.
Unassigned - requests that have not been assigned to a user or a user group yet.
User - requests assigned to a user .
User group - requests assigned to a user group .
Request sorting
Use the Sort by drop-down list to assist you in locating the required request. You can sort requests by:
Date created (newest first)
Date created (oldest first)
Required by date (earliest first)
Request priority (highest first)
Requestor name
Once you have selected the preferred sort by option, the requests are sorted accordingly.
