Use the download report feature to download information such as as request, response and communication details for the selected request. The report is then created as a PDF which is loaded in your default web browser. From there you can print or download the report. This section details how to create the report.
The downloaded report includes the following information:
Request information:
Details - request details including the date and time the request was created and who created the request.
Form - the form used to create the request.
Attached file list - list that details each file that was included in the request. Information includes the name of the file, the file size and any comments added when the file was added to the request.
Response information:
Details - response details including information such as when the response was completed and by whom.
Form - the form used to respond to the request.
Uploaded files list - list that details each file that was included in the response. Information includes the name of the file, the file size and any comments added when the file uploaded to the request.
Communication information:
Discussion - list that details each message sent between the Investigator and the contact within the business. Information includes the name of the person who sent the message, the date the message was sent and the message text itself.
To download a report:
You can start the downloading a report process from one of the following locations:
REQUESTS page using one of the following methods for each selected request:
Clicking the Download report button.
Clicking the More options button and select Download report from the list.
Request details page (refer to Opening and actioning a request) by clicking the Download report button within the status and actions header.
Once you click the the Download report button/menu item, the Create request details report panel is presented.
Enter a title for the report within the Title text box or leave the default title for the report which is in the following format:
Request number, followed by the text Report, followed by the year, month, days, hours, minutes and seconds. For example: BIZ100354 Report - 20200527 142006.
The Title field is mandatory and is indicated as such with a red *. You CANNOT download the report until this field is populated.
Once you have entered a title for the report, click the Create report button.
The report is loaded as a PDF in your default web browser. From there you can print or download the report.
